Mediation Services

Choose a different path.

After practicing Family Law for more than a decade, attorney Diana Link saw firsthand that litigating in Court can destroy families and make cooperative co-parenting between ex-spouses impossible. Having participated in countless mediations as an attorney and advocate, Diana knew she had the skills necessary to sit at the head of the table as a mediator. Diana’s training in mediation has added value to all areas of her Family Law practice.

In mediation, Diana is able to utilize her substantive legal skills in conjunction with her fine-tuned interpersonal skills to connect with each party in order to understand their personal goals for the outcome of their case. Diana then creatively assists the parties in coming to their own resolution rather than one handed down by a stranger in a black robe.

Put your family first.

Mediation is a completely confidential process. The mediator can never testify in court about any potential agreements discussed during the mediation process. The mediator is a neutral third party who does not represent either party. Parties may attend mediation on their own, or accompanied by their individual attorneys. The mediator does not make a decision in your case. A mediator is present to assist you and the other party with reaching your own agreement, keeping your children’s interests at the forefront.

Diana is an experienced Family Law attorney who can also assist mediation clients with negotiating complex financial agreements, including business valuations, multi-tiered support structures, and asset divisions that minimize potential tax implications to both parties.
